Refund policy
Please choose carefully. There are no refunds/credits on items if you simply change your mind.
If you wish to exchange an item you must contact us within 3 days of receipt.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be received back in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, No makeup or marks on the items and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. We do not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in the return process. Tracked shipping is suggested to help avoid this.
If your item is faulty & needs to be returned please contact us, and select 'Faulty' option from the drop down menu. The Item will be inspected upon arrival and will be repaired or replaced accordingly.
REPAIRS
We will repair any manufacturing faults or replace the item free of charge within 6 months from purchase with original receipt, if criteria is met upon inspection. This is decided on case by case. This does not include damage caused by dropping, wear and tear, scratching and rough handling.
