We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Waiheke Island and other offshore Islands.
Rural delivery may take a few days longer to arrive.

Most of our items are made to order and dispatched within 5-7 business days. If you have an urgent requirement please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to fulfill your desires.
If your order has not arrived after 14 days or is damaged on delivery please get in touch.
We currently do not support international delivery, but if you would like something sent overseas please enquire here.
Please choose carefully. There are no refunds/credits on items if you simply change your mind.
If you wish to exchange an item you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. All exchanges must be in the condition that they were shipped, un-used with the Original Receipt and packaging.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. We do not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in the return process. Tracked shipping is suggested to help avoid this.
If your item is faulty & needs to be returned please contact us, and select 'Faulty' option from the drop down menu. The Item will be inspected upon arrival and will be repaired or replaced accordingly.
We will repair any manufacturing faults or replace the item free of charge within 6 months from purchase with original receipt, if criteria is met upon inspection. This is decided on case by case. This does not include damage caused by dropping, wear and tear, scratching and rough handling.
