DELIVERY

NEW ZEALAND

NZ wide tracked courier - Flat rate $8 (including Rural) or free shipping for orders over $250.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Waiheke Island and other offshore Islands.
Rural delivery may take a few days longer to arrive.

Most of our items are made to order and dispatched within 5-7 business days. If you have an urgent requirement please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to fulfill your desires. 
If your order has not arrived after 14 days or is damaged on delivery please get in touch.

INTERNATIONAL

AUSTRALIA - We ship Australia wide Flat rate $20 Air freight Tracked. (Additional Taxes and Duty may apply at buyers expense)  shipping takes between 7- 10 days arrival  (Please be prepared there could be delays due to covid). 

USA - UK - EUROPE -  We ship to USA, UK and Europe flat rate $25 Air freight Tracked (Additional Taxes and Duty may apply at buyers expense)  shipping takes between 10 - 14 days arrival  (Please be prepared there could be delays due to covid). If you would like something sent elsewhere overseas please enquire here.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully due to hygiene reasons there are NO refunds/credits on items if you simply change your mind. Measurements are indicated on each page to see sizing. 

If your item is faulty & needs to be returned please contact us, and select  'Faulty' option from the drop down menu. The Item will be inspected upon arrival and will be repaired or replaced accordingly. 

REPAIRS

We will repair any manufacturing faults or replace the item free of charge within 12 months from purchase with original receipt, if criteria is met upon inspection. This is decided on case by case. This does not include damage caused by dropping, wear and tear, perfume/ hair spray damage, scratching and rough handling.
